We furnish and deliver bulk aggregate construction supplies to contractors and the public within a 50-mile radius of Charlotte, NC. We currently serve over 200 contractors building residential and construction projects. Our company supplies materials for BOBCATS ARENA, Charlotte/Douglas International Airport, Carolina Medical Center, Mecklenburg County Courthouse, Core Labs, and many others.
Our customers include: General Contractors, Stucco Contractors, Masonry Contractors, Landscaping Contractors, Grading Contractors, Concrete and Asphalt Paving Companies, County/Municipal Parks and Recreation and Public Works Departments, Public/Private Schools, Equestrian Centers, and many Farming/Agricultural Facilities.
Materials may also be loaded on your truck at our yard at 2751 Old Charlotte Hwy, Monroe, NC 28110. We operate 25+ dump trucks ranging from Tandem axle (carry 15 tons), Tri-axle (18 tons) to Quad-axles (20 tons). With our service oriented operation, we strive to deliver loads within 2 hours of ordering. All drivers are equipped with Nextel™ radios to contact customers directly.
Products
Sands - We sell several varieties of sand, Priced by the ton.
Red Mortar Sand - Mixed with mortar mix for masonry construction.
White Mortar Sand - Washed mortar sand that dries to a buff or oatmeal color. Good for play areas and sandboxes.
Extra White Mortar Sand - White sand that is washed again to achieve a bright white or sugar shade of white. Excellent for outdoor volleyball courts.
Washed Concrete Sand - For mixing concrete. Also excellent for mixing stucco. Coarser than mortar sand, often used for footing for horse riding arenas.
Fill Sand - Unwashed, least expensive. Backfilling around pipes, cables, and tanks.
Sand Clay - Mixture of sand and red clay. Packs hard and used for base material for driveways or concrete slabs.
Topsoil Sand - Layer of sand taken directly below the topsoil. Excellent for improving existing topsoil and for laying new grass sod.
Topdressing Sand - Very fine, dried sand for topdressing golf courses.
Dirt & Soil - Priced by the ton.
Mixed Topsoil - Native topsoil improved with tater dirt and topsoil sand. Used for planting trees/shrubs.
Premium Topsoil - Blended topsoil with organic soil conditioner added.
Tater Dirt - A sandy loam material used to prepare a lawn for grass sod. Also makes excellent infield topdressing material for baseball/softball fields.
Landscaping Dirt - Clean dirt, usually red in color, for landscaping large areas or seeding grass.
Structural Fill - Inexpensive compactable dirt for backfilling.
Stone & Gravel - Priced by the ton.
ABC Aggregated Base Coarse - Mix of stone ranging from screening to 2 inches and used for back fill or new roadbeds.
Processed Pit - ABC with failed to meet strict DOT specifications. Less expensive and excellent for driveways.
Pit Gravel - Mixture of dirt and unwashed, unsized gravel. Very compactable, excellent for back filling or construction drives.
Surge - Non-washed stone approximately 3 inches in diameter. For construction sites with severe erosion or water control problems.
#4 Stone - Washed stone approximately 3 inches in diameter.
#5 Stone - Washed stone approximately 2 inches in diameter. Excellent for "French drains."
#57 Stone - Washed stone approximately 1.5 inches in diameter.
#67 Stone - Washed stone approximately 3/4 inch in diameter. Best to top dress gravel driveways.
#78M Stone - Washed stone approximately 3/8 inch in diameter. Mixed in asphalt and concrete.
#67 Stone - Washed stone approximately 1/4 inch in diameter.
#Gabion - Washed stone approximately 4 inches in diameter.
Rip Rap - 4-8 inches stone, weighing 5-12 pounds each. Great for borders, culverts, and ditches.
Mulch - Sold by the cubic yard.

White Stone - Smooth round white/tan stone. Sizes ranging from 3/8" to 4" in diameter. Used for walkways, driveways, playgrounds, and gardens.
Brick Chips - Crushed brick chips, sold in sizes ranging form 3/4 to 14 inches. Used for gardens, groundcover, driveways, and walkways.
